Nandina domestica Shrub

Nandina domestica or heavenly/sacred bamboo is a semi-evergreen shrub reaching a height of 1.8m/ 6 feet. This is not really a bamboo but a fully hardy shrub (relative of berberis) that produces white flowers in summer followed by bright red berries. Excellent autumn & winter colour make this an attractive plant for all seasons best grown in full sun to part-shade.
