Grevilliea are attractive shrubs native to Australis which flower profusely in spring/summer. The flowers are striking and an attractive red/pink contrasting well with the feathery foliage. They are best grown in an acid soil (use ericaceous compost) and do not need feeding as in the wild they grow in very poor soil. Best grown in full-sun to part-shade in well-drained soil and pruned in mid to late summer.
