Product description:

Fascicularia bicolour originates from the cold forest floor of Southern Chile and is one of the hardiest Bromeliads. The leaves are a deep green, long and leathery with soft spines and clump quickly. With age the leaves develop a silvery sheen and produce a spectacular late summer/autumn display. The innermost leaves on maturer plants turn a bright red and then a bud forms in the centre rosette, opening into a pale blue flower providing a striking contrast. Growning in full sun in very well-drained soil is essential and they produce the best colours in poor, gritty soil. After flowering, remove the dying rosettes and new ones will quickly replace these in spring. Hardy to -10C in very well-drained soil and can be grown in pots or in the ground.

Available now in 2 LItre pots ready for re-potting or planting out. HALF PRICE - WAS £9.99
