Pyrus communis 'Conference' is a very well know English Pear variety, which is very sweet and juicy. This variety is partially self-fertile but will produce the best crop if planted with other pear trees to be pollinated by. The fruit is best harvested from mid-October to late-November and produces a good display of white flowers in mid-Spring. Very easy to grow for full-sun to part-shade in any well-drained but moist soil (not waterlogged). Can be easily pruned to maintain a height of 6-8 feet if required in a smaller garden.
Available now in a 10 Litre pot - 200cm tall inc. pot.
