Vitus Vinifera Grape Vine

Vitus Vinifera grape vines are deciduous vines perfect for anyone considering growing edible grapes. They are surprisingly easy to grow and can be planted in the ground all year round. This vine produces large green edible grapes and is ideal for a conservatory or sunny south facing wall. Flowers are produced in May and June and are small and scented. Pruning in mid winter (when dormant) and/or in mid summer will keep this plant healthy and is an easy way to control growth. Eventual height is approx 2.5 metres.

Available in Red or White from March 2011 in 9 litre pots 160-180cm tall
