Accuracy of Content

Easy Tropicals has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We do try to ensure that all varieties are true to name, however we give no warranty expressed or implied to the variety, productivity, growth and quality of any item. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices displayed are ex-nursery and exclude delivery. Dimensions of plants given are approximate only and unless stated otherwise include pot height.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Tropicals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Easy Tropicals shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and limits liability to the original purchase price of any plant.

Damage to your Computer

Easy Tropicals makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and may suggest similar alternatives. As some plants can travel great distances, we cannot guarantee availablility for a month stated on this website. For example if we state that plants are arriving from the USA in March and we then have supply problems, we can in no way be liable if they arrive late or fail to arrive to us. In this case a full refund or replacement will be offered. No interest will be payable for pre-order payments that we need to refund. You are under no obligation to accept any offered alternatives.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "Order Now" on the final page of our ordering process or please call us.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information that you supply to us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We would like to keep you informed of any special offers that we may have but should you not wish to receive these, simply let us know and we will remove your details.

Your information will not be shared with any third parties except to provide the delivery company with your name, address and phone number if supplied.

Cancellation Rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you return the plants in good condition, we will refund the amount paid less carrier costs immediately.

Substitution

If we do not have the items that you order available, we will email you as soon as possible to offer similar alternatives. You are under no obligation to accept this offer and we will not substitute without authority.

Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should read them each time before ordering.

Ownership of Rights

For example some of the pictures for seeds are used with permission from Supreme Seed who process our seed orders. Use of this Website from outside the UK

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

At present it is not possible to send plants outside the UK. If we do send plants, they will not be covered for loss or damage in transit and it is the purchasers responsibility to arrange suitable insurance cover & transport. By ordering you are accepting full responsibility for their transport and any import laws & regulations applying in your own country including confiscation by customs,  

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
