We send plants to the UK mainland, Offshore Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland & Isle of Wight.
Delivery IS INCLUDED for all of mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland. Selecting the correct delivery option will prevent any delay.

England, Wales & Scotland (Mainland delivery only exluding Grampian, Aberdeenshire & Highland):
£15 - For plants from 1 LItre to 50LItre.
Scottish Highlands Delivery & Isle of Wight
£30- For plants between 1 to 50 Litres.
Scottish Offshore & Channel Islands
Please contact us for individual price. Please note that Channel Islands will incurr additional customs import charges and only certain plants are allowed onto these islands by law.

All orders are usually despatched Monday to Thursday usually within 1-5 working days after ordering but this may on occasions take longer due to volumes. (September to February may be only once a week). Plants that are pre-ordered with a month stated usually arrive on time, but as some are travelling great distances, delays or cancellations can happen. In extreme hot or cold weather, we may delay sending plants to prevent any damage. We want the plants to arrive in the same condition as we sent them and aim to select plants we would choose ourselves, which are strong and healthy. If you need a delivery urgently, please let us know.
If you select and pay for an incorrect delivery option, we will automatically correct it for you and refund or debit the difference back to your card. For example if you select FREE Delivery and live outside this area we will amend accordingly.
All items sent by a carrier will usually be left somewhere safe unless you request that items be left in a specific place. By signing for the items you are agreeing to the parcel carriers Conditions of Carriage and accept that all goods have been delivered in a satisfactory condition. If you are unsure in any way, please reject the items as 'Damaged' and return them there and then with the Carrier, otherwise this WILL invalidate an insurance claim for a refund or replacement of the damaged items.
If you specify that items be left somewhere safe (i.e in the back garden or with a neighbour) then you are accepting responsibility for any items that are damaged or stolen and Easy Tropicals or the carriers will not accept any liability in such circumstances.
Please ensure you select the correct method of delivery when ordering otherwise your order may be delayed.
